You must return your stuffie within 15 days of purchase and it must be in new condition. Because Sad Stuffies are accurately depicted in our listings and photos, a small restocking fee is required for a return. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

      Jack is machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle. Dry on low heat.

      Jack ships from the United States. You will be provided a tracking number via email once your stuffie is shipped.
